All products placed on this page for download are fully functioning versions. The only restriction is that they will cease to work after 30 days. You can register the software any time within the 30 day period by contacting us and paying the appropriate fee.

All products are available in two modules; both must be downloaded and installed in order for the product to run properly.

Once you "click" on the file you want, you will see one of two screens, depending on your browser...

If you are using Internet Explorer, you will see a screen that offers you two choices: You can "Run this program from its current location" or you can "Save this program to disk". Make sure you select the first choice, "Run this program from its current location". Then, press the "Ok" button and the download and installation will continue automatically.

If you are using Netscape Navigator, you will see a standard "Save As..." screen. Accept whatever is shown and press the "Ok" button. The download and installation will continue automatically.

If you'd rather just examine the Help file for the product, you can download it directly to your computer. This is distributed as a Windows Help ("chm") file. Double-click on the downloaded file to open it.

Special Note for Windows 95/98 Users: If you are using either Windows 95 or Windows 98 as your operating system, our software is not designed to operate on these systems. If you try to run CDS software on the operating systems, you will probably have difficulties.

CANSYS

CANSYS is a software program developed to help state accountancy boards regulate and administer their candidates for certification. It interfaces both with AICPA results data and the ARSYS program described below.

ARSYS

ARSYS is a software program developed to help state accountancy boards regulate and administer their roster of CPA's and PA's. It works in conjunction with the CANSYS program described above.

SQL Server

Both ARSYS and CANSYS use Microsoft SQL Server as their database engine. If you don't currently use SQL Server, you can download a 120 day evaluation copy here.
